Scheduling Spa Services
We recommend scheduling spa services prior to arrival to insure desired times & treatments. Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow time for check-in, and to shower, relax and soak before your treatment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened spa experience, as your treatment will conclude at the scheduled time. The warm temperatures & quiet time will prepare you for your bodywork. Reservations for spa services must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Cancellations
Cancellations of spa appointments must be made 24-hours in advance of the appointment – during business hours - or the guest’s credit card will be charged for the full cost of the treatment(s). We also require that cancellations of spa treatments must be made by speaking with an Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs staff member and not left on voice mail.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of treatments and are gratefully received to acknowledge good service. Although completely discretionary, the typical range is 15-20% of the price of the treatment(s).
Robes, Lockers & Towels
All guests who purchase a spa treatment (excluding Milagro Wraps & Private Tub) will receive a complimentary robe, locker and towel to use during your stay. Please keep valuables locked in your room or vehicle.
Gift Cards
Share the Ojo Caliente experience with someone special. Gift Cards may be purchased by phone, online or in person. Gift Cards can be mailed or held at the spa entrance for pick-up.
Children
Children 12 & under are permitted in the large pool and springs area from 10 am and 6 pm only, or in private pools from 8 am to 10 pm, with parental supervision. Babies and toddlers who are not potty trained are allowed in the large pool if they are wearing swim diapers. The entire Springs and Spa area is a Whisper Zone so that guests can have a quiet peaceful experience at this unique retreat, so we ask that parents supervise their children of any age at all times. Please note that all children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an observer 18 years or older.
